The School Within a School sophomores and juniors took a trip to Dyken Pond Environmental Center on September 14, 2016.
They participated in many team-building activities followed by learning how to use a compass. Finally, they all used their compasses to navigate through the forest and return to where they started.
Working cooperatively as a team in a beautiful environment was a fun way to kick off the new school year!
