Beginning on September 13, we are pleased to announce that Berlin Elementary will once again be offering morning intramurals for boys and girls in grades 4 and 5. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of intramural sports including soccer, tennis, volleyball, and endurance running to name a few.

The Berlin InvenTeam advanced to round four of the TI CODES Contest and was one of five teams to move on based on their video submission. A public vote was held, and Berlin InvenTeam was awarded the Grand Prize. Congratulations to team members: Melanie deLaurentis, Greta Hermann, Kaley Culbertson, Justin Hall and Gabriel Hemendinger.
Friday, June 15th was the last day of school for our Pre-K students. Welcome to the Class of 2031!
The school budget vote will be held Tuesday, May 15 from 12 noon to 9:00 p.m. at Berlin Elementary School. The 2018-19 budget requires a 1.5% tax levy increase, which is below the NYS Property Tax Cap.
A budget newsletter will be mailed to our community the week of May 7. The newsletter also contains a letter from Berlin Superintendent, Dr. Stephen Young, as well as a note from Frank Zwack, the Berlin CSD Board of Education President. Additionally, the newsletter features many stories about school programs, activities and student accomplishments.
