Brady Hills is a sophomore at the Berlin High School. Brady was inspired by the Virtual Wellness Fair this week and created these videos on her own. We are very proud to share Brady’s work with the BCSD Community. Thank you Brady!
Today’s Virtual Wellness Fair focus will be on Safety. Throughout the day five videos will be posted. As summer approaches and we are all looking to go outdoors hiking, fishing and swimming, BCSD would like to share some safety tips from our local experts. Mary Downey, of Grafton Lakes State Park, will talk about tick prevention, BES’s own Adriana Rizzo will talk about water safety and Berlin Junior Codie Lane will share fishing safety tips.
Stephentown Fire Department’s Rick McClave will also share some tips and talk about fire safety and prevention and BES’s Stacey Sausville will demonstrate the importance of seatbelts.
Today’s Virtual Wellness Fair focus is Nutrition. Important messages from the Grafton, Stephentown and Berlin Food Pantries will be posted. Ms. Day will also be giving an awesome cooking lesson so stay tuned.
