The Berlin Central School District has begun the process of registering students for the 2019-2020 Pre-K and Kindergarten classes. Students must be legal residents of the school district and reside with parents or guardian within the school district at the time of registration. Proof of residency will be required.
2019-2020 Pre-K Registration – Students who will be four years old on or before December 1, 2019 are eligible to register. Please call Heather Barto at 518-658-1500 ext. 3001 to place your child’s name on our registration list. You will receive a registration packet by mail that must be completed and returned to the Main Office at Berlin Elementary School by April 5 , 2019. Pre-K screening will take place in June, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment. Enrollment is limited to 36 students and a lottery system will be utilized if needed. We strongly encourage you to have all completed paperwork returned by April 5th to be eligible for the lottery. We are not able to guarantee enrollment in the program after this date.
2019-2020 Kindergarten Registration – Students who will be five years old on or before December 1, 2019 are eligible to register. Please call Patty Nash at 518-658-1500 ext. 1070 to place your child’s name on our registration list. You will receive a registration packet by mail that must be completed and returned to the Central Registrar located at Berlin MS/HS by April 5, 2019. Kindergarten screening will take place in May, and you will be contacted to schedule an appointment. If your child is currently attending the Berlin Pre-K program, their name will automatically be placed on our registration list and you will not receive a registration packet.
