Berlin Central School New Student Registration Day

There will be a Registration Day at Berlin Middle High School in the Counseling Office on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 7:00 am until 1:00 pm for all new students in grades K – 12.  To register a child you will need a copy of your child’s birth certificate, proof of residency and a copy of the parent’s photo ID.  You may print and complete the registration packet prior to your visit which can be found on the district webpage under the Parent tab, New Student Registration.   Click here for a link to the Registration Page.  If you are divorced or separated a copy of the Custodial Agreement is required.  Please be aware there are summer assignments that students will need to have completed by September 17.  These assignments can be found on our webpage.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Counseling Office at 658-1500, ext. 1070.
