Free Dental Screenings Available for Grade 6-8 Students

Seal-a-Smile, a school based oral health program, will be coming to the Middle School to offer dental screening, cleaning, fluoride treatment and, when appropriate, dental sealants to students in grades 6-8. Children should be coming home with a packet of information regarding these services. Please make sure to complete the health history portion, sign and return the form, granting permission for services to be performed. Regardless of insurance coverage, parents will not be billed for services.
